This was my first retreat and I can with certainty say it won’t be my last (already looking forward to the next one). Not only was the location and food outstanding, but the connections made this all very special. Having women come together from different backgrounds and ages, feeling comfortable to share their inner thoughts, struggles and wins in a very safe space was beautiful. I walk away with a full heart and soul.

At the retreat, I was able to pause, have quiet moments, and be part of a group who also wanted space to create what they truly wanted. Danielle holds space in such a beautiful way, allowing you to reflect and see things differently. She helps you get clear on what’s important and how to improve what you want to improve.

I went into the retreat with an open mind – I've never done anything like it. I was blown away with how well organized it was. Can I bring a colleague or friend?
If I book solo, will I be required to share with someone?
Up to you! You can choose a shared suite with another guest (a cozy room with two single beds and a private ensuite) or opt for more privacy by booking a private room (King or Queen bed with your own ensuite). It’s your retreat — pick what makes you feel most comfortable.
I've never done a retreat before. What can I expect?
You’re not alone — many women come to this retreat as first-timers. It’s totally normal to feel unsure about what to expect. But I promise you this – it won’t be your last. Everything is optional, and we create a safe, supportive space. Just come as you are, and let yourself exhale.

What if the workout classes are too hard/easy?

- This retreat includes at least 3 Pilates or Yoga classes. Whether you’re a first timer, or a guru, all classes are designed to accommodate every level. Our fabulous instructor will offer alternative movements make sure you can do the exercises with confidence. If pilates or yoga is not your thing, no problem! This is your opportunity to relax, go for a walk, etc.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
- No problem! All meals are plant-based, but we are happy to accommodate any dietary preferences or restrictions. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure you’re well taken care of.
Why is there so much 'free time' on the agenda?
- White space is where breakthroughs happen. We’ve built it in intentionally, because your brain needs stillness to implement real change.
