3 Ingredient healthy shortbread cookie
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius)
Mix all ingredients in bowl until wet enough to form a Cookie.
Flatten out the dough until it’s a quarter inch thick (roughly) and press the cookie cutter if using. Otherwise form into small balls and press down with a fork.
Lay out your shortbread cookies onto a lined baking sheet. Or use a silicone mat like mine.
Bake for approx. 15 minutes (until edges start to slightly brown)
