Green Smoothie Waffles

A healthy dose of veggies packed in waffle form.

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Almond, Oat or Regular Milk
  • 3/4 cup Greek Plain Yogurt
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • Warm Syrup for serving

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh Spinach Leaves
  • 2 1/2 Cups Oat/Almond/Rice or Regular Flour
  • 1 tbsp Packed Coconut Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Blend milk, yogurt, spinach, and eggs until smooth.

  2. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend. Ensure they are thoroughly blended.

  3. Pour the waffle batter into your waffle maker, and let it cook for 3-4 minutes, until the edges are crispy.

  4. Serve with warm syrup.
