Easy 3-Ingredient Homemade Bread

A paleo, gluten-free bread made with almond flour

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 4 eggs medium-sized
  • 1 tsp Baking powder (aluminum free)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Optional
  • 2 tsp dried herbs (parsley, oregano, rosemary, etc) Optional


  1. Preheat the oven to 300 °F (150 °C).

  2. Pre-grease a loaf pan with oil. Make sure it's well greased so that bread doesn't stick.

  3. In a high bowl, beat the eggs with an electric mixer. Stop once it turns almost white and starts to fluff up.

  4. Stir baking powder into almond flour.

  5. Gently fold the almond flour and baking powder into the eggs. It's best to use a rubber spatula.

  6. Put the dough into small loaf pan. Or form into a loaf on a baking pan.

  7. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. It may longer depending on your oven. You can put a knife in the middle and see if it comes out clean.
