Roasted Whole Cauliflower

The easiest way to make cauliflower that looks pretty and tastes awesome too.

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or avocado oil unrefined

  1. Set oven to 400 degrees 

  2. Remove base and leaves from cauliflower, and place on baking sheet.

  3. Coat with oil and spices (rub everywhere!)

  4. Bake for 45-60 minutes (until slightly browned on top, and tender to poke with fork or knife)
