Protein Powder Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 organic bananas (ripe)
  • 1 cup whole rolled oats (or quick oats) https://amzn.to/2GwWqf1
  • 1 scoop protein powder www.purica.com
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil https://amzn.to/2JfFR4Y
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (assuming no salt in protein powder)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl or food processor.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. 

  3. Add optional mix ins:  dried fruit, chocolate chips, nuts, seeds, coconut, etc.
