Made Good Granola Minis

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup oats (large flake)
  • 1-2 bananas (add extra banana if batter seems dry)
  • 1/4 cup coconut (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup carob powder or cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour coconut flour works
  • 1 scoop powdered greens (optional)
  • sea salt few shakes

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Mash banana and mix in wet ingredients.

  3. Add wet to dry ingredients and mix well.

  4. Roll into bite-sized balls by squeezing the dough into the palm of your hand or into a small spoon.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
